Crazy number of instances of license utility running.

as run adobe suite products, number of running instances of adobe license utility seem keep multiplying.  opened task manager , noticed had 60 instances running, each demanding 1.6 mb of memory.  doesn't seem performance.  first thought had malware running disguised utility, when dug it, seems legit - bad , wasteful.

 

what's deal this?

i noticed there's matching number of open instances of conhost.exe, each running charge of 2.6mb of memory. have suspicion related.

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
