Lightroom 6 CC Constantly crashing and freezing

i using lightroom 6 cc , have had absolutely nothing trouble since upgrade.  buggy, , frequency crashes , freezes.  common problem scroll bars going missing.  problem is freezing.  have not been able work on photos in month because of this.  these known bugs? know how can downgrade previous version or when next version coming out? disappointed in version! absolutely the new import dialogue , need old 1 back.

Maximum number of authorizations reached!
