No sound from Premiere Elements 14 on Mac

installed premiere elements 14 on mac running yosemite (v10.10.5) , not getting sound program. loaded mov file , no sound. added audio program timeline , still no sound.  when hit "play" audio meters moving if there sound, cannot hear thing.  tested clip outside of program , sound there. uninstalled , re-installed program , getting same issue. 

 

need fast!!!

have check edit menu/preferences/audio hardware asio settings?

 

is no sound audio tracks - numbered, voice, , music?

 

do have latest version of quicktime installed on computer, , running programs administrator?

Error: 100600 Update failed, updates have been disabled by your system policy

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
