problems with photosop CC

adobe not work on computer, photoshop. in simple functions such creating stroke pen tool or select area lasso, makes slow. when select tool generates micro pauses if team stick second, same happens when save file or applying filter. put way, seems costs process instructions. has been happening since installation of cc. ideas?
