Syncing from computer to mobile - it doesn't seem to work?

hello everyone,

i sorry asking has been asked many times - browsed through forum , couldn't find answer.

i have bought access lightroom's creative cloud 1 week ago , spent last days discovering software - think understand how works, now, there still 1 thing unable do:

i able access pictures upload catalogue computer on iphone. moment, works other way round: can see on computer pictures have uploaded phone, when synchronize collections computer, don't appear on phone. see in cloud pictures coming phone.

how can solve this?

would please check whether able see desktop collection @ lightroom.adobe.com webpage.

how many images have synced far lightroom mobile?

when sync images desktop version see notification @ upper left corner saying " syncing n images?

Maximum number of authorizations reached!
