Adobe Acrobat DC just can show the PDF, edit cause the error box show up, how to fix it?

hi,

because not satisfied enough using other product in editing pdf file, tried download adobe acrobat dc.

but seems function not different adobe acrobat reader, can show pdf, every action edit

the document lead show error box stating: adobe acrobat dc has encountered unknown error.

any clue how can try app in editing pdf file?

i use application in windows 8.1 64 bit.

please let me know exact dot version of acrobat dc installed on computer?

 

in mean time open acrobat dc, navigate menu & repair installation.

now try edit pdf.

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
