configuration error!

hello there. i'm using windows platform. installed adobe premiere cs6 thousaaaaand time! it's can used once. once close premiere, , try open again, configuration error pop out , told me uninstall , install again, , did try install again, still show same result, can do? please need used premiere possible. hope can me.

-with have updated latest mac or windows operating systems?

--both windows 10 , mac 10.11 el capitan have been known cause problems... operating system?

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!! (if have installed arm , delete it, will, on "check updates nothing or common update error ) you nonsense: acrobat updates have been disabled system policy.   error: 100700 if installer ...
