Multiple Forms on One Page

in website design, have user account area allows them update details.

 

using bootstrap fades, i've put 3 forms in 1 page in hidden sections.

 

i'm trying make when 1 of forms has changed, submit button doesn't affect other 2 forms , produces success message following this tutorial.

 

my problem comes firstly, success message isn't appearing, instead, shows summary of web form submission, , secondly, first form submits when changes made different form.

the form summary appears because in line - file “2015-10-21 16.22.11.png” the script adds form's response in div "message" id.

 

you can put in success message wish, example

  $m.addclass('success').fadein().html(<p><img src="someimage.jpg"/>success!</p>);
