Crazy video glitch during export

i need bad glitch during export. see occur on timeline on program monitor window not often. happens during export , can see scrub through preview. can see happen in encoder if export there. happens when videos encoded ae or youtube videos. assets have been encoded match sequence setting i'm not sure do. , of course, i've cleared cache. still not fixing issue. glitch.jpg

wow - adobe. question has been unanswered on year. come site looking support... , i'm forced @ forums - because there's no other means of support on saturday. ridiculous. have search thru hundreds of other people's problems... , when find problem hindering me... else has posted... it's unanswered. 3rd post i've visited try , find solution.. each 1 has been unanswered. i'm unhappy customer right now.

Maximum number of authorizations reached!
