Is there a way to conduct a bulk redaction in a legal document without manually scanning and OCR the document? For example, is there an add-on that I can purchase that can accomplish my objective in Acrobat Pro

i work legal documents day.  submit exhibits in court, documents need redacted of evidentiary statements deemed inadmissible. example, information relating claims number, social security number, date of birth, , birth dates must redacted.  want know if there way redact these information global find , replace rather manually looking information myself, extremely time consuming?  if not, there third party application or add on can purchase use adobe acrobat pro me achieve this?

why not use radaction tool comes acrobat pro. rather robust , provides diverse capability. review detailed discussion of tool.

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
