No videos playing. Fire fox. Flash v19. Windows 8.

i cant videos play on youtube.

the first image of video comes stops playing. video continues load attempting click play/pause or skip different point freezes crashing entire browser.

also when clicking pause/play weird amalgamation of pause , play buttons appear, arrow gap in middle

also have trouble fallout 4 freezing on start up, possibly because plays flash video intro? have reset computer multiple times , attempt start game first off run. never works after attempting play flash vid. i'm guessing @ point have see if fix affects well.

 

i'm not sure youtube vids usual go software fixes.

this affecting all websites. others flash player stops working not whole browser crashing.

 

its exam time me fallout not workings not bad thing. problem affecting recorded lectures need!

i need fast fix or alternative now. affecting study!!

uninstalling flash fixed youtube vids , other sites. doesn't work sites.

may try reinstalling flash later, wait fix first.

 

edit 2:

tried re-installing flash. did not work.

this problem persists on google chrome , internet explorer well. same or similar presentation.

is 1 else having problem?

tried beta v20 of flash. videos play crash if interact player , after while crash way.

any 1 know else can try?

 

edit 4:

tried updating java. no effect.

tried installing previous version v18. same crash.

i going update windows 10 see if helps.

any way contact adobe support directly?
