Applying a transition between 2 clips removes any stabilisation. How to stabilise 2 clips AND apply a transition between them?

this has come few times in open google search no-one seems have answer. seems pretty fundamental want stabilise 2 clips , still apply transition between them.

i'm running premier elements v13.1 on pc. suggestions (or come against one?)

what have tried hasn't worked? have tried applying stabilizer each clip , adding transition?

 

if doesn't work, there simple solution.

Error: 100600 Update failed, updates have been disabled by your system policy

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
