After installing Adobe Acrobat Pro X on Windows 10, valid serial number will not validate due to no qualifying product

serial number adobe acrobat pro x not validate on windows 10.  there process recognize after serial number checks out?

it seems have purchased upgrade acrobat x , why prompting type in serial number qualifying product.

you need full acrobat version accepts serial number of product.

however if downloading acrobat x first time able download , not use after 30 day trial session older version , adobe stops selling older versions once there new version in market.

if want re download , use use it.

moreover acrobat x not compatible version windows 10.

you anyhow have download acrobat dc work windows 10.

you exchanged , full version acrobat dc.

return, cancel, or exchange adobe order
