Ich bekomme die seriennummer nicht

hallo,

ich habe mir grade adobe photoshop runtergeladen, hatte mich aber noch nicht eingeloggt und jetzt komme ich nicht die seriennummer...

was kann ich machen??

if have cloud version, not use serial number

log out of cloud account... restart computer... log in paid cloud account

-sign in http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/account-password-sign-faq.html
