panorama printing issue lightroom cc epson r2880

i have been trying print large panorama (13' x 48") on roll paper on epson r2880 printer in lightroom cc. seems settings correct ( believe) , cannot print correctly ever! been wasting lot of paper! when image starts print, spits out 24" of blank paper proceeds print center of image on? odd reason not print first 24" of image! have no idea.......

 

running lightroom cc, macbook pro 8,2, epson r2880 current drivers

is issue specific lightroom, or have tried print other application photoshop.

also try resetting preferences of lightroom holding shift , alt key ( windows), , shift , option key ( mac) , launch lr while holding these keys.

Error: 100600 Update failed, updates have been disabled by your system policy

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!! (if have installed arm , delete it, will, on "check updates nothing or common update error ) you nonsense: acrobat updates have been disabled system policy.   error: 100700 if installer ...
