reinstall creative cloud after app crash and return from backup

hi everyone,

 

after crash subsequent backup adobe cc apps seem work, except adobe creative cloud app itself. seems bit doesn't backuped/retreived.

 

when try start adobe creative cloud program tells me (i have dutch version translation might not 100%) "adobe creative cloud, required solve problem damaged or missing. download , install creative cloud again @ http://etc. click button, takes me adobe website, download installer, run installer , tells me same: "adobe creative cloud required solve problem etc", again pointing me url downloaded installer from.

 

so i'm caught in loop.

 

any suggestions?

kindly remove creative cloud app , adobe application manager using -

install creative cloud app- https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/install-apps.html

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
