Suddenly all images I import to Lightroom are solid black

i have been using lr mac several months now, updating whenever prompted creative cloud. today imported iphone usual, in jpeg format, , images black. images normal in finder, not black. , appear should in photoshop. issue? have reimported several times. every time, images black.

Maximum number of authorizations reached!
