32mb vRAM only?? Why does PS15 not recognise GTX780m?

just curious, i'm getting error message new photoshop update don't have enough vram installed. have gtx 780m card 4gb of vram, photoshop has greyed out use of gpu in preferences->performance. likewise, can't use 3d effects. opened premiere, , crashed too.

what's going on? didn't have problem last year, i've crashed premiere several times in last couple months. , i've never had problem photoshop.

 

imac 27, late 2013 running 10.10.5

3.5 ghz intel core i7

memory: 32 gb 1600 ddr3

graphics: nvidia geforce gtx 780m 4096 mb

please try add photoshop.exe & sniffer.exe in nvidia control panel.

you can find photoshop.exe & sniffer.exe location c:\program files\adobe\adobe photoshop cc 2015

restart machine , check

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
