Captivate 9: Can't assign a point score to an "Advanced Answer" option on quizzing

hi!

 

i have project, using branching, ("branch aware" selected) has quiz question users can choose 3 answers. each 1 'jumps' them different slide , give them different score. far good. have standard "correct" , "incorrect" answer having "no action".

 

next, have selected "partial score" , "advanced answer". 3 answers have set up. when apply points first answer works. if try , either of other answers, keeps changing point score down "0".

 

any ideas why?

can explain work flow? individual score , penalty answer

have defined in properties, not in quiz properties panrl.
