Hanging when generating output

hi,

 

since morning have not been able publish project successfully. trying publish responsive html5, set primary output, each time try robohelp hangs , unresponsive. have tried publishing subset of information using smaller toc, hangs. have tried removing topic seems stuck on, still hangs. i've tried selecting options exclude unreferenced topics , exclude unreferenced baggage files no avail.

 

any welcome, desperate because have presentation give tomorrow , need output working asap.

are talking generating or publishing? thread title says generating, when describe things, referring publishing. these different processes.
