Lumetri color adjustment causes red break-up

first must i'm loving lumetri color panel.  i've ran problem red in final renders, , i've run problem before.

 

after color correction using lumetri, looks great on timeline, in final render blocky crap looks low bitrate mpeg...

 

in particular clip, had color correct, did using rgb curves, , brought color saturation within broadcast safe using hue saturation curve, , basic correction used add exposure, contrast, tint, , warmer color temperature.  said, looks beautiful on timeline, render out using high bitrate (mov, h.264, or mp4, "match source-high bitrate") blocky crap.  didn't when used cineform mov, can't send out in codec because of lack of compatibility in players, , when goes broadcast, doubt networks accept cineform. 

 

anyone else run issue?  suggestions? 

what dpo scopes show original immage , graded image?

 

have legalised red channel?

 

even before shot indicate obvious  issue red!
