running swf file in dw

when trying run swf file in dw live. error message can not connect internet.

swf?  have latest flash player , flash plugins browser?

less 42% of desktop/laptop users have flash player anymore.  firefox browser keeps disabling me "security" reasons.  ios , androids have 0 support flash.  using swf or flv media anymore lot spitting wind.

Maximum number of authorizations reached!
