Can't start any of the apps. Error 194:6

hello, can't start of apps.

it says:

 

activation failed

we unable activate creative cloud.

please check internet connection settings , try again ..... 194:6

 

what can do?

i having same issue. there second post looks related: unable activate creative cloud. error 194:6

and third seems indicate there problem affects many: how can fix error code 194:6 (creative cloud) ?

Maximum number of authorizations reached!
