hello I have problem with Dynamiclink on my PS cs6 Extended.. i can't open video on my PS.. the program say Dynamiclink is not Available.. how can i enable my Dinamiclink..??? thank you

would suggest make sure have quicktime player version 7 installed on machine.

 

which operating system using: windows or mac?

is happening particular format of video files?
