how do you save only the picture not the whole page?

we have decided use tool manage medias (mediastore), including adobe illustrator files. our mediastore display objects vignettes (small image) , able export images on different formats, jpg.

the problem have, see whole page through mediastore, not image have drawn ai. therefore, on vignette see nothing because image small in page (we see small black spot on blank squarre) , when send image (export), receivers need crop image in order picture...

 

is there option save in ai format, picture only?

we want keep th ai format, want able edit ai if need make change.

is hassle scale artboard fit artwork? when you're in "edit artboard" double-clicking given grouped image automatically scale current artboard fit artwork.

Maximum number of authorizations reached!
