Navbar glitch!

hi guys! ok, working in preview mode, no linting issues etc. bizarre reason, on 2 of pages dropdown menu refuses expand in device/tablet mode. menu navigation fine in full screen. cut , pasted navbar code functioning pages, again no red cross marks, same issue. has had unusual problem? i've scanned code can't understand happened. reason i'd find out it's gonna whole heap of work re-build pages using functioning page template.

Maximum number of authorizations reached!
