"Internal software error...line 356" appears when importing assets

i hoping can me following issue...

 

i premiere pro cc user went through process of downloading (and uninstalling) premiere pro cs5 encore cs6 can author , burn blu-ray discs.  downloaded 'functional content' per adobe's instructions, when try import assets such .m4v , .wav files, error message reads

 

internal software error: /volumes/builds/amawat/main/xcodeprojects/authorcore/../../sonic/common/filesystem/mac/fi lesystem_filespec_mac.cpp, line 356

 

a window titled "import asset" simultaneously appears behind error message window; in progress bar indicating 50% of .m4v file able import.

 

if has guess why not able import assets, love know.  in advance suggestions.

ah-ha!!  i've solved own problem!  can points that, adobe?!  appears can import assets after downloading "functional content"...i needed quit encore , re-launch it.  no need respond discussion question.  case closed!

Error: 100600 Update failed, updates have been disabled by your system policy

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
