Synchronizing sound in Photoshop CS6

hi,

has got tips easy synchronising sound in photoshop cs6?  in particular trying synchronise speech sound lip movements, have recorded sound on separate microphone.

i have used clapperboard technique, difficult use without waveform display in photoshop cs6. suggestions?  new this.

use video editing application. ask in adobe's premiere element forum if premier element has features seam need. photoshop video editing more basic video editing imo. premier elements under $100 may need. premiere elements
