Why my adobe package doesn't work on my new laptop?

hi! have student package student programs. have been trying load them new laptop adobe gives me 30 days trials. do?

first, sign out , in creative cloud, using same adobe id used pay subscription,

then, if launch cc 2015 product , pop still shows trial message window, please see link resolution:

Maximum number of authorizations reached!
