Convert .mp4 to .f4v

i'm trying convert .mp4 .f4v use in adobe captivate. i've performed task many times in past. time, .f4v not play. "open/save" pop window when try launch video. suggestions?

 

when embed .mp4 directly captivate, audio doesn't play. if there way fix that, i'll happy use the.mp4.

update: able audio play .mp4 version. still prefer .f4v. advice on why files acting way appreciated.

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
