I want to cancel my account asap
i contacted through adobe couple weeks ago. requested cancel subscription. under impression had accomplished , account going billed in week or two. however, has been month , account still has not been billed. have done asap because need close bank account. have tried finding chat room resolve situation remains unavailable. getting extremely frustrated adobe , taken care of. can please me can mess?
