On opening Photoshop Elements 13 i get a message " The serial number is already in use by the maximum allowed computers" How can i deactivate it or reset it i only use this computer and my wifes laptop?

on opening photoshop elements 13 message " serial number in use maximum allowed computers" how can deactivate or reset use computer , wifes laptop? had trouble machine cpu failed , motherboard , cpu exchanged windows had reinstalled etc.

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
