Why do pages randombly print upside down?

i print duplexed documents acrobat , have done years. migrated acrobat dc, , small documents come pages randomly rotated 180 degrees. printing letter-sized pages portrait orientation or tabloid pages landscape orientation (not both/mixed), isn't issue differently sized paper or page orientations.  have insight cause or resolution?

please check if acrobat updated latest patch.

if on windows try repair acrobat once , see if helps.
