Why is text "pixly" whhen applied on PS document?

hi,

i trying design visit card in photoshop cc 2015. wrote text 72pt turned out fine.

then wrote smaller text in 4pt (same font: trajan pro) , pixly. tried in 6 pt also.

 

i tried apply same text on high resolution photo , turned out great when try apply on new document simple black background turns out pixly , blurry . tried enhance resolution of document nothing helped.

 

anyone else have ever had same problem?

Error: 100600 Update failed, updates have been disabled by your system policy

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!! i trying batch process nef , dng files when error comes up: "referenceerror: window not have constructor : 325"   the same problem comes when trying batch processed files in same locations.   running cs6 bridge 5.0.2.4 ps 13.06x64   help!!! hi,   let try reset preferences of photoshop press , hold alt+control+shift (windows) or option+command+shift (mac os) start photoshop. prompted delete current settings. new preferences files created next time start photoshop. note: using keyboard shortcut, preference files custom shortcuts, workspaces, , color settings reset default.   thanks More discussions in Photoshop adobe
