Can you import readable pdf documents in InDesign?

i hoping create interactive indesign package , wondering if can embed pdf files within frame within slide, therefore making multi page pdf document readable? ideally link multiple pdf documents within each slide. aware indesign allows user hover on image produces larger image. therefore hoping there function allow user open pdf , readable?

are asking if it's possible add button open block of text in interactive pdf? haven't done lately, believe want separate indesign document text block includes text anchor.

set button in first document link (go destination) text anchor in second document.

export second document pdf, keeping same name indesign file , keep in same folder.

export first document interactive pdf. if button doesn't work, might need combine 2 indesign documents indesign book (file> new> book) , export interactive pdf.
