Using Premier Elements 14 to create slideshow, why can't I get the audio track to match with the video.

i using windows 10 pro new prem. elem.s opened. having problems sync. video , audio tracks. o have tried time stretch first clip after select without success.

where creating slideshow - in elements organizer 14 slideshow builder (create/slideshow) or solely within premiere elements 14 editor?

 

are referring importing file video , audio components , losing audio video sync in file in premiere elements 14 editor? or, referring trying piece of music fit under given photo? or in elements organizer slideshow builder can add 1 piece of music (either adobe collection or hard drive save location own music)?

 

is possible in premiere elements 14 editor, in 1 of features, video story or instant movie?

 

with time stretch in mix, sounds in premiere elements 14 editor. please clarify first clip can explore why time stretch did not work allow alter clip duration.

 

if import file video , audio components, file should present on timeline linked (video 1/audio1), , each component should consequently have same duration.

 

please consider , clarify.
