Adobe deactivated my year long subscription 11 months prematurely


the subscription had been pre-paid through employer. when old subscription ended adobe terminated new key old one. refusing help. have called and/or chatted 3 times now. every time tell me call me within 24 hours never do. have provided phone number , times call twice.

 

what regulatory agency answer to? ftc? there law firm has worked sue them breach of contract?

if required can issue escalated too.
