How can I help my pc find which program to open Photoshop CS6 download with?

i have downloaded .7z file supposed photoshop cs6. computer can't work out program use open download - , have no idea! read somewhere need download .exe file well, have downloaded several times , same thing. there no .exe file can find. please help!
