If I add a fixed menu, using the scroll option set to 0, on my muse tablet site, it becomes very slow and sticky when viewed on an ipad, it works perfectly when viewed on nexus 7?

if add fixed menu, using scroll option set 0, on muse tablet site, becomes slow , sticky when viewed on ipad, works when viewed on nexus 7? devices have used date ios, mac os, or andriod.

 

if take fixed menu off tablet site works fine on ipad. can problem ipad site looks awful , need fixed menu on it. know way fix menu on tablet , mobile site rather using scroll position set 0. use "pin" adobe have disabled tablet , mobile not compatible, work better current situation there seems no other way fix menu on tablet or mobile muse site doesnt bad on ipad or iphone, though looks perfect on nexus.

 

please help!
