InDesign Stalling

everytime click "file" spinning wheel goes out of control,spinning maniacally @ least 2 mins straight. jut upgaded el capitan , updated adobe cc apps well. has never happened before. uninstalled indesign , reinstalled nothing. same issue? else? puts bump in workflow!

make sure go system preferences > general , turn off auto show/hide menu.

 

also, restore indesign preferences:

 

trash, replace, reset, or restore application preferences

Maximum number of authorizations reached!
