vimeo files won't go full screen when embedded

i'm using embed code vimeo gave me embedding. have 'full screen' option turned on in vimeo , icon shows in player. if play video vimeo website go fullscreen, when try make full screen within published captivate project doesn't anything.

i've tried embed code both default '... webkitallowfullscreen mozallowfullscreen allowfullscreen> ' , single 'allowfullscreen'. neither makes go full screen. ideas?

i'm using captivate 8.0.1

generally video won't go fullscreen when paced in iframe or running in lms course running in frameset.

 

there hacks available mixed results.

Maximum number of authorizations reached!
