Why is print size not matching size I set?

why in print, after page settings set size paper want, size listed above image larger. example: set (13" x 19") super a3, size listed above image is: 17.268  x  25.347. bigger in other sizes such 11x17 etc. why happening?

the image resolution 72 ppi , accounts large size. need scale fit paper.

 

go scaled print size , input size want or check "scale fit media".

Error: 100600 Update failed, updates have been disabled by your system policy

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
