XI Pro Uninstall-Reinstall fails

i have had adobe acrobat pro many iterations. have product keys going acrobat 6 , have kept discs several iterations because of previous reinstall problems. update won't install unless prior version present. real irritation.

 

adobe printer quit working when upgraded windows 10. no solution found online helped, geek recommended uninstall/reinstall. reinstall failed because prior version isn't present. tried reinstalling x pro disc. failed.

 

c'mon guys. i'm legit, long-time paying customer. need reinstall program. help!

please run cleaner tool uninstall previous acrobat version installed on system download adobe reader , acrobat cleaner tool - adobe labs, restart system & install acrobat xi using link download adobe acrobat products | standard, pro | dc, xi, x.

now while installing ask serial key of acrobat xi, please enter it, next ask previous acrobat version upgraded acrobat xi, select acrobat x there & enter serial key acrobat x.

this activate acrobat xi pro.
