App Store and Photoshop Elements 11

i bought elements 11 in 2013 apples app store, downloaded app store onto mac , have been using ever since, problem free, until last night!

 

now, when try start elements 11 following error message:-

 

“adobe photoshop elements 11 editor” damaged , can’t opened. delete “adobe photoshop elements 11 editor” , download again app store.

 

when go app store find can no longer download elements 11 has been discontinued!!

 

i called apple , said developer (adobe) has removed elements 11 app store, , not longer available through app store, , should contact adobe further instructions on how download , activate elements 11.   find can download elements 11 adobe need serial number activate it!!!   , of course don't have serial number bought app store, , apple tell me contact adobe!!

 

does know how resolve this, use element 11 every day work.

just spent on hour on phone apple app support, , chaps macbook pro.

 

tried suggestions…. cleaned mac too… alas, still adobe photoshop elements failing work.

 

all other apps apple store work perfectly. none of them ever affected, i’m not convinced called ssl issue affects adobe products.

 

as guy apple said, adobe developers, selling program on app store, it’s them need fix issues issue not apple.

 

i have 2 macs - other uses mac osx 10.6.8. , has same issue today, , without doing online! maybe kind of expiry date in adobe software?

 

frustrated , still struggling issue fixed… come on adobe, it’s turn step plate.
