Can't burn good DVD masters after upgrading to Premier Elements 14

after burning thousands of dvd masters using previous versions of premier elements have wasted hundred dvds (both verbatim , hp). have replaced old lg dvd drives latest lg model. want remain loyal adobe customer, church depends upon me make dvds of our weekly services shut-ins. can please me?

what producing dvd-video standard or widescreen on dvd disc or avchd format on dvd disc?

 

please confirm , detail situation

1. producing dvd disc end product not pleased quality.

or

2. burn dvd failing and/or disc ending blank after burn dvd disc?

 

what last version of premiere elements used end product met requirements?

we need determine if using different settings, different source media, or other.
