Deactivating a product

hello, trying activate lightroom on new computer. when type in serial number tells me number invalid. know can install product on 2 computers i'm after remembering 1 of computers had lightroom on broke therefore lightroom never deactivated on it. can please tell me how should go resolving problem?

if not giving message indicating exceeding allowed number of activations lost activation not issue.  older versions of lightroom did not track activation counts other applications, should able install , activate on new machine without issue activation count aspect.

 

maybe not using correct number serial number.

Maximum number of authorizations reached!
