Hyperlinks work in IE & Firefox but not Chrome or Opera

i testing captivate 8 project in 4 browsers (ie 10, chrome 44, firefox 40, , opera 31).

 

everything works great in 4 browsers except hyperlinks external webpages, load in ie , firefox not in chrome or opera.

 

i've turned off pop-up blockers , ensured that, in captivate, links set open in new windows. i've fixed adobe global settings "always allow." project not housed in lms.

 

i appreciate suggestions can offer. thanks!

can tell version of captivate using?

also project responsive or normal project?

is hyperlink attached text caption or text inside smart shape ?

please try reproduce issue in new project.

we not reproduce issue in chrome @ our end. can please share project investigate issue if issue project specific?

Error: 100600 Update failed, updates have been disabled by your system policy

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
