mystery color bar

it obvious can't figure out how got color bar (indicated arrow) @ bottom of page. can explain , how rid of it?page.jpg

looks press control bar -- it's ouside bleed areas , won't in finished work. must either part of linked graphic, or placed there itself. check master page.

Maximum number of authorizations reached!
