my dreamweaver stopped working. It can't find files it needs to run. I tried to uninstall and reinstall but I don't think I did it right. The program still doesn't work. What can I do?

-with have updated latest mac or windows operating systems?

--both windows 10 , mac 10.11 el capitan have been known cause problems... operating system?
