Scrolling text interaction - suggestions needed

i'm looking suggestion trying see how can accomplish interaction:

 

i see company's privacy policy in scrolling text , have radio button says effect read.

 

what best way create this? or possible so?

 

i'm using captivate 8.

you can use scrolling text interaction, know formatting limited text in interaction.

 

there no way validate text read. if need radio button, can use radiobuttons interaction.
